AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2243 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2243 on page 31, 
3immediately below line 11, by adding the following:

 
4    "Section 900. The Regulatory Sunset Act is amended  by 
5changing Section 4.38 as follows:
 
6    (5 ILCS 80/4.38)
7    Sec. 4.38. Acts repealed on January 1, 2028. The following 
8Acts are repealed on January 1, 2028:
9    The Acupuncture Practice Act.
10    The Clinical Social Work and Social Work Practice Act.
11    The Home Medical Equipment and Services Provider License 
12Act.
13    The Illinois Petroleum Education and Marketing Act.
14    The Illinois Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology 
15Practice Act.
16    The Interpreter for the Deaf Licensure Act of 2007.
