| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2270 on page 1, |
| 3 | | line 17, after the period, by inserting "No more than 3 |
| 4 | | facilities shall be certified in the first 3 years after the |
| 5 | | effective date of this amendatory Act of the 102nd General |
| 6 | | Assembly. Prior to the expansion of the number of certified |
| 7 | | facilities, the Department shall collaborate with |
| 8 | | stakeholders, including, but not limited to, organizations |
| 9 | | whose membership consists of congregate long-term care |
| 10 | | facilities, to evaluate the efficacy of the certification |
| 11 | | program.".
