| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2323 on page 2, |
| 3 | | line 9, after "devices", by inserting ", ordinarily worn by |
| 4 | | the youth during transport,"; and

| 5 | | on page 2, line 17, after "Act", by inserting "and youth in the |
| 6 | | protective custody of the Department"; and
|
| 7 | | on page 3, immediately below line 15, by inserting the |
| 8 | | following: |
| 9 | | "For youth who are psychiatrically hospitalized, |
| 10 | | discharge and placement planning shall begin from the |
| 11 | | moment of admission, including developing the |
| 12 | | transportation plan required by this Section and seeking |
| 13 | | court approval as necessary.".
