AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2327




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2327 on page 3, 
3line 22, by replacing "2024" with "2023"; and


 
4by replacing everything from line 26 on page 3 through line 10 
5on page 4 with the following:
6"amount. During fiscal year 2013, the Department shall 
7reserve"; and
 
8on page 4, immediately below line 21, by inserting the 
9following:
 
10    "Section 10. The Illinois Administrative Procedure Act is 
11amended by adding Section 5-45.8 as follows:
 
12    (5 ILCS 100/5-45.8 new)
13    Sec. 5-45.8. Emergency rulemaking. To provide for the 
14expeditious and timely implementation of this amendatory Act

1of the 102nd General Assembly, emergency rules implementing 
2this amendatory Act of the 102nd General Assembly may be 
3adopted in accordance with Section 5-45 by the Department of 
4Commerce and Economic Opportunity. The adoption of emergency 
5rules authorized by Section 5-45 and this Section is deemed to 
6be necessary for the public interest, safety, and welfare.
7    This Section is repealed on January 1, 2027.".
