| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2333 on page 3, |
| 3 | | line 20, by replacing "a term" each time it appears with |
| 4 | | "terms"; and

| 5 | | on page 4, by replacing line 6 through line 7 with the |
| 6 | | following: |
| 7 | | "(c) For a period of 3 years following the effective date |
| 8 | | of this amendatory Act of the 102nd General Assembly, |
| 9 | | candidates must be 50 years of age or older and must have been |
| 10 | | incarcerated for at least 20 years. After 3 years, this age |
| 11 | | limitation shall not apply."; and

| 12 | | on page 7, by deleting line 16 through line 20; and
|
| 13 | | on page 10 by inserting the following below line 10:
