SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $1,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Public Health to provide asthma management programs. Effective July 1, 2021.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $1,000,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Public Health to be used to provide asthma management programs, including, but not limited to, school-based asthma education training and community health worker services.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2021.
