| 1 | | AN ACT concerning transportation.
|
| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 | | Section 5. The Railroad Supplier Diversity Act is amended |
| 5 | | by changing Section 10 as follows:
|
| 6 | | (610 ILCS 140/10)
|
| 7 | | Sec. 10. Reports. A Class I railroad company, as well as |
| 8 | | the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (doing business as |
| 9 | | Amtrak), may, no later than April 15 of each year, submit to |
| 10 | | the Commission an annual report containing the information |
| 11 | | described in subsections (b), (c), (d), and (e) of Section |
| 12 | | 5-117 of the Public Utilities Act and any other additional |
| 13 | | information by the railroad company, including, but not |
| 14 | | limited to, a national supplier diversity report. Any reports |
| 15 | | voluntarily submitted shall be in a form and manner required |
| 16 | | by the Commission. The Commission shall accept any reports |
| 17 | | submitted by a Class I railroad under this Section that |
| 18 | | contains as much State-specific data as possible.
