SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates the sum of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority for grants to the International Pentecostal Assemblies Ecumenical Community Academy for costs associated with the S.N.A.P (Speaking, Networking, Attitude, and Process) program. Effective July 1, 2021.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $500,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority for a grant to the International Pentecostal Assemblies Ecumenical Community Academy for costs associated with the S.N.A.P. (Speaking, Networking, Attitude and Process) Program.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2021.
