| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2942 on page 1, |
| 3 | | line 16, by inserting after "media." the following: |
| 4 | | "When the court publishes to the trier of fact videos, |
| 5 | | photographs, or any depiction of a minor under 18 years of age |
| 6 | | engaged in a sex act, the court may exclude from the |
| 7 | | proceedings all persons, who in the opinion of the court, do |
| 8 | | not have a direct interest in the case, except the media.".
