| 6 | | on page 4, line 14, after "thereon", by inserting "at the |
| 7 | | actuarially assumed rate"; and

| 8 | | on page 4, by replacing lines 17 and 18 with "payment, |
| 9 | | compounded annually, at a rate determined by the Board the |
| 10 | | rate of 8.0% per year.".
