| 5 | | "Section 10. The Probate Act of 1975 is amended by adding |
| 6 | | Section 11a-25 as follows:

| 8 | | Sec. 11a-25. Notification; Secretary of State. When a |
| 9 | | court adjudges a respondent to be a person with a disability |
| 10 | | and appoints a plenary guardian for that person under this |
| 11 | | Article pursuant to subsection (c) of Section 11a-12 or enters |
| 12 | | an order under this Article finding that the respondent should |
| 13 | | not operate a motor vehicle, the court shall direct the |
| 14 | | circuit court clerk to notify the Secretary of State's Driver |
| 15 | | Services Department, in a form and manner prescribed by the |
| 16 | | Secretary of State, and shall forward a copy of the court order |
