| 6 | | tower, or structure or a mobile service facility, tower, or |
| 7 | | structure by a public utility, as defined in Section 3-105 of |
| 8 | | the Public Utilities Act, or a provider of mobile services as |
| 9 | | defined in Section 153 of Title 47 of the United States Code".
