| 1 | | AN ACT concerning property.
|
| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 | | Section 5. The Director of the Department of Natural |
| 5 | | Resources, on behalf of the State of Illinois, is authorized |
| 6 | | to execute and deliver to the Bishop Hill Heritage Association |
| 7 | | a quitclaim deed for 4 properties at the Bishop Hill Historic |
| 8 | | Site, including Colony Church, the Bjorklund Hotel, the Ox |
| 9 | | Boy's Dormitory, and the 1849 Colony Park, for and in |
| 10 | | consideration of $1. |
| 11 | | Section 10. |
| 12 | | (a) Upon the payment of the sum of $1 to the State of |
| 13 | | Illinois, and subject to the conditions set forth in |
| 14 | | subsection (b), the Director of the Department of Natural |
| 15 | | Resources, on behalf of the State of Illinois and the |
| 16 | | Department of Natural Resources, shall convey by quitclaim |
| 17 | | deed all right, title, and interest of the State of Illinois |
| 18 | | and the Department of Natural Resources in and to the |
| 19 | | properties listed in Section 5 to the Bishop Hill Heritage |
| 20 | | Association. |
| 21 | | (b) The conveyance of real property authorized by Section |
| 22 | | 5 shall be made subject to existing public utilities, existing |
| 23 | | public roads, and any and all reservations, easements, |
