2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3460, AS AMENDED, 
3with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment 
4No. 2, on page 1, lines 12 and 13, by replacing "of any offense 
5involving a" with "any felony in"; and


 
6on page 2, lines 1 and 2, by replacing "of any offense

8on page 2, line 17, by replacing "why not to place the elected
