AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3613




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3613 as follows:


 
3by replacing line 8 on page 1 through line 2 on page 3 with the 
4following:
 
5    "(b)   The Task Force shall consist of the following 
6members:

7        (1)   one member of the Senate, appointed by the 
8    President of the Senate;

9        (2)   one member of the Senate, appointed by the 
10    Minority Leader of the Senate;

11        (3)   one member of the House of Representatives, 
12    appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives;

13        (4)   one member of the House of Representatives, 
14    appointed by the Minority Leader of the House of 
15    Representatives;

16        (5)   one member representing the Governor's Office of

7        (8)   one member from the Office of Energy, appointed by 
8    the Director of the Illinois Environmental Protection 
9    Agency;

10        (9)   one member representing local economic development 
11    interests, appointed by the Director of Commerce and 
12    Economic Opportunity;

13        (10) one member representing a trade association, 
14    appointed by the Director of Commerce and Economic 
15    Opportunity;
16        (11) one representative of a manufacturing 
17    association, appointed by the Director of Commerce and 
18    Economic Opportunity;
19        (12) one representative of a community-based 
20    organization that supports environmental justice 
21    communities, appointed by the Director of Commerce and 
22    Economic Opportunity;
23        (13)   one member representing the University of 
24    Illinois Institute for Sustainability, Energy, and 
25    Environment, appointed by the President of the University
