| 8 | | or his or her authorized agent, who moves a vehicle covered |
| 9 | | under this Act as required to respond to an emergency or for |
| 10 | | maintenance of the property, if the vehicle is returned to the |
| 11 | | property upon resolution of the emergency or completion of the |
| 12 | | maintenance project at the expense of the owner or other |
| 13 | | person in lawful possession or control of real property, or |
| 14 | | his or her authorized agent.".
