2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3633 on page 13,

3 line 4, after the period, by inserting the following: "The

4 documentation required by this paragraph does not apply to a

5 permitted pollution control facility that transfers or accepts

6 construction or demolition debris, clean or general, or

7 uncontaminated soil for final disposal, recycling, or

8 treatment."; and

9 on page 27, line 16, after the period, by inserting the

10 following: "The documentation required by this paragraph does

11 not apply to a permitted pollution control facility that

12 transfers or accepts construction or demolition debris, clean

13 or general, or uncontaminated soil for final disposal,

14 recycling, or treatment."; and

15 on page 47, line 5, after the period, by inserting the

16 following: "The documentation required by this paragraph does
