| 6 | | on page 2, line 16, after "person's" by inserting "or |
| 7 | | entity's"; and

| 8 | | on page 6, line 4, after the period, by inserting "The State |
| 9 | | Treasurer may require any certifications that he or she deems |
| 10 | | necessary to implement the program, including oaths or |
| 11 | | affirmations made under penalties of perjury.".
