| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3787 by replacing |
| 3 | | line 25 on page 11 through line 23 on page 12 with the |

| 5 | | "(5) The Secretary may accept an examination from the |
| 6 | | National Credit Union Administration or a private insurer of |
| 7 | | share deposits approved by the Secretary instead of an |
| 8 | | examination conducted by the Department or by a public |
| 9 | | accountant registered by the Department pursuant to subsection |
| 10 | | (3). Acceptance of an examination from the National Credit |
| 11 | | Union Administration or an approved private insurer of share |
| 12 | | deposits shall only be permitted on an alternating basis with |
| 13 | | examinations that the Department or a registered public |
| 14 | | accountant conducts.".
