| 4 | "A State of Illinois High School Diploma is a recognized | ||||||
| 5 | high school equivalency certificate for purposes of | ||||||
| 6 | reciprocity with other states. A high school equivalency | ||||||
| 7 | certificate from another state is equivalent to a State of | ||||||
| 8 | Illinois High School Diploma.".
