| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3796 on page 3, |
| 3 | | line 24, by replacing "Board of" with "Authority."; and

| 4 | | on page 4, line 1, by deleting "Directors."; and
|
| 5 | | on page 5, by replacing lines 7 through 17 with the following:

| 6 | | "(d) To appoint by and with the consent of the Attorney |
| 7 | | General, assistant attorneys for such Authority, which said |
| 8 | | assistant attorneys shall be under the control, direction and |
| 9 | | supervision of the Attorney General and shall serve at his |
| 10 | | pleasure. |
| 11 | | (e) To retain special counsel, subject to the approval of |
| 12 | | the Attorney General, as needed from time to time, and fix |
| 13 | | their compensation, provided however, such special counsel |
| 14 | | shall be subject to the control, direction and supervision of |
| 15 | | the Attorney General and shall serve at his pleasure.".
