SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $1,148,200 from the General Revenue Fund to the State University Civil Service System for the operational expenses of the State University Civil Service System. Effective July 1, 2022.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $1,148,200, or so much of that sum as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the State Universities Civil Service System to meet its operational expenses for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023. As used in this Section, “Operational Expenses” includes the following:
(a) personal services;
(b) State contributions to Social Security;
(c) contractual services;
(d) travel;
(e) commodities;
(f) printing;
(g) equipment;
(h) telecommunications services; and
(i) operation of automotive equipment.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2022.
