| 4 | | by replacing line 25 on page 20 through line 12 on page 21 with |

| 8 | | training. Every employee of a county or municipality shall |
| 9 | | annually complete a cybersecurity training program. The |
| 10 | | training shall include, but need not be limited to, detecting |
| 11 | | phishing scams, preventing spyware infections and identity |
| 12 | | theft, and preventing and responding to data breaches. The |
| 13 | | Department shall make available to each county and |
| 14 | | municipality a training program for employees that complies |
