| 3 | | replacing lines 2 through 7 with the following:

| 6 | | that focus on youth mental health. Of the community-based |
| 7 | | organizations that focus on youth mental health, one of the |
| 8 | | community-based organizations shall be led by an |
| 9 | | LGBTQ-identified person, one of the community-based |
| 10 | | organizations shall be led by a person of color, and one of the |
| 11 | | community-based organizations shall be led by a woman. Of the |
| 12 | | representatives appointed to the council from the |
| 13 | | community-based organizations, at least one representative |
| 14 | | shall be LGBTQ-identified, at least one representative shall |
| 15 | | be a person of color, and at least one representative shall be |
| 16 | | a woman. The council members shall be appointed by the Chair of |
