SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $4,700,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Public Health to be used by the Department to complete and fund an annual Healthy Illinois Survey. Effective July 1, 2022.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $4,700,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department of Public Health to be used by the Department to complete and fund an annual Healthy Illinois Survey.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2022.
