SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $4,000,000 to the Illinois State Police for costs associated with the National Integrated Ballistic Information Network cartridge case acquisition. Effective July 1, 2022.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $4,000,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois State Police for costs associated with the National Integrated Ballistic Information Network cartridge case acquisition for the purchasing of equipment for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2022.
