SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Illinois Power Agency for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2022, as follows:

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
ARTICLE 1
Section 5. The amount of $20,000,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Illinois Power Agency from the Illinois Power Agency Operations Fund for its ordinary and contingent expenses.
Section 10. The amount of $3,456,300, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Illinois Power Agency from the Illinois Power Agency Trust Fund for deposit into the Illinois Power Agency Operations Fund pursuant to subsection (c) of Section 6z-75 of the State Finance Act.
Section 15. The amount of $56,000,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Illinois Power Agency from the Illinois Power Agency Renewable Energy Resources Fund for funding of current and prior fiscal year purchases of renewable energy resources and related expenses, including the refund of bidder deposit fees overpayments of alternative compliance payments, and expenses related to the development and administration of the Illinois Solar for All Program, pursuant to subsections (b), (c), and (i) of Section 1-56 of the Illinois Power Agency Act
Section 20. The sum of $4,000,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Illinois Power Agency from the Illinois Power Agency Operations Fund for its ordinary and contingent expenses pursuant to the Energy Transition Act.
Section 99. Effective Date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2022.
