SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Liquor Control Commission for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2022, as follows:

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
ARTICLE 1
Section 5. The sum of $11,059,900, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Dram Shop Fund to the Liquor Control Commission for operational expenses of the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023.
Section 10. The following named sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects and purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated to the Liquor Control Commission:
PAYABLE FROM DRAM SHOP FUND
For Refunds........................................ 5,000
For expenses related to the
Retailer Education Program...................... 263,200
For the purpose of operating the
Beverage Alcohol Sellers and
Servers Education and Training
(BASSET) Program................................ 294,500
Total $562,700
Section 99. Effective Date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2022.
