SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened 
3to learn of the death of Dallas L. Moore Sr. of South Roxana, 
4who passed away on March 11, 2021; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Dallas Moore Sr. was born in Pinckneyville to 
6Clarence Moore and Mabel (Davis) Moore-Owen on December 13, 
71933; he married Janet Stone in Pinckneyville on May 2, 1953; 
8and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Dallas Moore Sr. was a machinist for Schoeneweis 
10Tool and Die until he retired in 1996; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Dallas Moore Sr. was preceded in death by his 
12parents and his stepfather, Alfred Owen; and
  
 
13    WHEREAS, Dallas Moore Sr. is survived by his wife; his 
14son, Dallas (Alberta) Moore Jr.; his daughter, Jeanie (Rick) 
15Farrow; his grandchildren, Michael Moore, Amy Loepker, and 
16Nicholas Farrow; and his great-grandchildren, Heaven Moore, 
17Viktor Farrow, Owen Farrow, and Jake Loepker; therefore, be it
  
 
18    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED SECOND GENERAL 
19ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
20Dallas L. Moore Sr. and extend our sincere condolences to his

1family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it

3    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
4presented to the family of Dallas Moore Sr. as an expression of
