SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened 
3to learn of the death of Larry W. Feaster of Rock Island, who 
4passed away on July 25, 2021; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Larry Feaster was born to Richard and Dorothy 
6(Dale) Feaster in Moline on April 2, 1958; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, Larry Feaster served in the U.S. Navy for ten 
8years aboard the USS Pyro and the USS White Plaines in the 
9South Pacific, Philippines, and Kuwait during Desert Storm; 
10and
 
11    WHEREAS, Larry Feaster enjoyed assembling World War II 
12models; and
 
13    WHEREAS, Larry Feaster was preceded in death by his 
14parents; and
  
 
15    WHEREAS, Larry Feaster is survived by his three brothers, 
16Dale (Brenda) Feaster, Richard (Susan) Feaster, and Carl Ray 
17Feaster; his one sister, Donna Darlene Trehal; his three 
18nieces; and his two nephews; therefore, be it
  
 
19    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED SECOND GENERAL

1ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
2Larry W. Feaster and extend our sincere condolences to his 
3family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it

5    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
6presented to the family of Larry Feaster as an expression of 
7our deepest sympathy.
