| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened |
| 3 | | to learn of the death of Kim Donald Hubbard of Moline, who |
| 4 | | passed away on September 25, 2021; and

| 5 | | WHEREAS, Kim Hubbard was born to Donald and Marilyn Kidd |
| 6 | | Hubbard in Rock Island on August 18, 1951; he graduated from |
| 7 | | Moline High School in 1969; he served in the U.S. Army; and
|
| 8 | | WHEREAS, Kim Hubbard was a salesman for Motion Industries |
| 9 | | for 42 years; and
|
| 10 | | WHEREAS, Kim Hubbard was a member of First Lutheran |
| 11 | | Church, Rock Island; and
|
| 12 | | WHEREAS, Kim Hubbard was an avid bowler and enjoyed |
| 13 | | football; some of his favorite times were those spent with |
| 14 | | friends and family; and |
| 15 | | WHEREAS, Kim Hubbard was preceded in death by his father |
| 16 | | and his brother, Terry Hubbard; and

| 17 | | WHEREAS, Kim Hubbard is survived by his son, Donald (Mary |
| 18 | | Kathryn) Hubbard; his daughter, Melissa Scheper; his six |
| 19 | | grandchildren; his mother; his sister, Lisa (Dan) Wolever; his |
