2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened |
3 | | to learn of the death of Dan Mason Haddock of Rock Island, who |
4 | | passed away on January 11, 2022; and
|
5 | | WHEREAS, Dan Haddock was born to Randall and Faye Adele |
6 | | (Ross) Haddock in Davenport, Iowa on June 5, 1953; he |
7 | | graduated from Moline High School in 1971, during which he was |
8 | | a member and graduate of the Moline Boys Choir; he served in |
9 | | the U.S. Army in the 1970s, where he was a proud member of the |
10 | | Army Band; and
|
11 | | WHEREAS, Dan Haddock was an accomplished musician, and |
12 | | music was his life; and
|
13 | | WHEREAS, Dan Haddock worked in the maintenance department |
14 | | at the Rock Island County Courthouse later in his career; and
|
15 | | WHEREAS, Dan Haddock was preceded in death by his father, |
16 | | Randall; his sister, Rebecca; his grandparents; and his uncle, |
17 | | Dan Ross; and
|
18 | | WHEREAS, Dan Haddock is survived by his mother, Faye Adele |
19 | | Haddock; his sister, Regina (Kurt Fishwild) Haddock; his |
20 | | brother, Vincent (Connie) Haddock; his two nephews; and his |
