| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened |
| 3 | | to learn of the death of Michele R. Jarnagin of Granite City, |
| 4 | | who passed away on January 14, 2022; and

| 5 | | WHEREAS, Michele Jarnagin was born in Alton on May 22, |
| 6 | | 1968; and
|
| 7 | | WHEREAS, Michele Jarnagin had worked as an administrative |
| 8 | | assistant at Gateway Regional Medical Center; and
|
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Michele Jarnagin was a member of Holy Family |
| 10 | | Catholic Church in Granite City; she enjoyed crafting and |
| 11 | | spending time with her family, especially her niece, Belle |
| 12 | | Jarnagin, and she will be remembered for all the special times |
| 13 | | they shared together; and
|
| 14 | | WHEREAS, Michele Jarnagin was preceded in death by her |
| 15 | | father, Frank Greathouse; her daughters, Alicia M. Lohr and |
| 16 | | Megan L. Lohr; and her son, Zachary T. Jarnagin; and
|
| 17 | | WHEREAS, Michele Jarnagin is survived by her fiancé, Ted |
| 18 | | Lohr; her mother, Martha (McElroy) Jarnagin; her daughter, |
| 19 | | Alexandra Lohr; her brother, Michael R. Jarnagin and Peggy |
| 20 | | Kleinschmidt; her granddog, Czar; and numerous other close |
