| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened |
| 3 | | to learn of the death of Harry A. Fink Jr. of Moline, who |
| 4 | | passed away on April 1, 2022; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Harry Fink was born to Harry A. and Edith I. |
| 6 | | (Boberg) Fink in Lafayette, Indiana on January 2, 1933; he |
| 7 | | attended Wea Grade and High School near Lafayette and |
| 8 | | graduated in 1951; he received a Bachelor of Science degree in |
| 9 | | Agricultural Engineering from Purdue University in 1955; he |
| 10 | | served in the U.S. Army from 1955 to 1957; he married Judith S. |
| 11 | | Ide on January 29, 1956; and
|
| 12 | | WHEREAS, Harry Fink retired from John Deere in 1985 after |
| 13 | | 30 years of service; and
|
| 14 | | WHEREAS, Harry Fink was a member of the First Presbyterian |
| 15 | | Church of Coal Valley and kept records for the Food Pantry at |
| 16 | | his church for many years; and
|
| 17 | | WHEREAS, Harry Fink could often be found using his |
| 18 | | computer; he also enjoyed playing cards and various other |
| 19 | | games and watching movies with his friends at Overlook |
| 20 | | Village; and
