| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened |
| 3 | | to learn of the death of Harold Arthur Wigginton of Des |
| 4 | | Plaines, who passed away on September 12, 2022; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Harold Wigginton was born to Robert and Edith |
| 6 | | Wigginton in Chicago on March 20, 1947; and
|
| 7 | | WHEREAS, Harold Wigginton was a member of the Odd Fellows |
| 8 | | and a lifelong White Sox fan; and
|
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Harold Wigginton was the beloved husband of 45 |
| 10 | | years of Joan M. (Majerowski); the loving father of Lynn |
| 11 | | Wigginton and Sandra (Ryan) Schultz; the proud and cherished |
| 12 | | grandfather of Charlotte, Whitney, and Jameson Schultz; the |
| 13 | | dear brother of James (the late Karen) and Janet (Thomas) Day; |
| 14 | | and the fond uncle of many; therefore, be it

| 15 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED SECOND GENERAL |
| 16 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
| 17 | | Harold Arthur Wigginton and extend our sincere condolences to |
