SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened 
3to learn of the death of David P. Bartolazzi of King, 
4Wisconsin, who passed away on December 4, 2022; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, David Bartolazzi was born to Peter and Margaret 
6(Sisman) Bartolazzi in Springfield, Illinois on December 12, 
71947; he served in the U.S. military in Vietnam during two 
8deployments; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, David Bartolazzi  became a carpenter and worked 
10for the union; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, David Bartolazzi enjoyed hunting, fishing, and 
12spending time outdoors; and
  
 
13    WHEREAS, David Bartolazzi was preceded in death by his 
14parents; and
  
 
15    WHEREAS, David Bartolazzi is survived by his brothers, 
16Peter Bartolazzi and Donald Bartolazzi; his children, Michelle 
17Bartolazzi, Lance (Caroline) Bartolazzi, Brad (Amanda) 
18Bartolazzi, Paul (Erin) Bartolazzi, and Brenda (Nate) Fritz; 
19his nine grandchildren; his nieces, nephews, and other 
20relatives; and his friends; therefore, be it

1    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED SECOND GENERAL 
2ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of

3David P. Bartolazzi and extend our sincere
condolences to his 
4family, friends, and all who knew and loved
him; and be it 
5further
  
 
6    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be

7presented to the family of David Bartolazzi as an expression 
8of
our deepest sympathy.
