Synopsis As Introduced Appropriates specified amounts to the Office of the State Appellate Defender for the following purposes: personal services; State contributions to Social Security; contractual services; travel; commodities; printing; equipment; EDP; telecommunications; ordinary and contingent expenses of the Expungement Program; to provide statewide training public defenders under the Public Defender Training Program; and to develop a Juvenile Defender Resource Center. Effective July 1, 2023.
