AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1110 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1110, AS AMENDED, 
3with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 
41, on page 5, line 2, by replacing "may" with "shall"; and
 
5on page 5, line 4, after "agency,", by inserting "court, 
6officer of the court,"; and
 
7on page 5, immediately below line 22, by inserting the 
8following:
9    "Any law enforcement officer, representative of a State or 
10federal department or agency, court, officer of the court, or 
11an individual from a private entity who is presented with a 
12digital driver's license on a mobile electronic device shall 
13be immune from any liability resulting from damage to the 
14device."; and
 
15on page 9, line 13, by replacing "may" with "shall"; and
