21-6 of the Criminal Code |

firearm in the prohibited areas in |
| 7 | | paragraph (3), (4), or (5)
of subsection (a) of this Section, |

licensee is a chief judge, a circuit court judge with |
| 9 | | the written consent of the chief judge of
his or her judicial |
| 10 | | circuit, an
associate judge with the written consent of the |
| 11 | | chief judge of
his or her judicial circuit, a State's |
| 12 | | Attorney, an assistant State's Attorney with the written |
| 13 | | consent of the State's Attorney, the
Attorney General, or an |
