| 3 | | replacing lines 19 and 20 with the following:

| 4 | | "(b) The diaper allowance shall be issued in the form of a |
| 5 | | voucher. Grocery stores and other retailers that accept |
| 6 | | benefits provided under the Special Supplemental Nutrition |
| 7 | | Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program may |
| 8 | | contract with the Department as designated retailers that |
| 9 | | accept the diaper allowance vouchers. The Department may |
| 10 | | provide incentives to solicit grocery stores and other |
| 11 | | retailers to accept the diaper allowance vouchers issued in |
| 12 | | accordance with this Section.".
