AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2207




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2207 by replacing 
3line 25 on page 4 through line 3 on page 5 with "General Fund. 
4On or after July 1, 2023, at the direction of the Department, 
5the Comptroller shall direct and the Treasurer shall transfer 
6the remaining balance of funds collected under this Act from 
7the General Professions Dedicated Fund to the Division of Real 
8Estate General Fund."; and
 
9on page 11, line 15, by replacing "certified" with 
10"certified"; and


 
11on page 11, line 17, after "record", by inserting "or, if in 
12the course of the administrative proceeding the party has 
13previously designated a specific email address at which to 
14accept electronic service for that specific proceeding, by 
15sending a copy by email to the party's email address on
