| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2214 by replacing |
| 3 | | line 21 on page 1 through line 8 on page 2 with the following: |
| 4 | | "The Department shall report its findings to the General |
| 5 | | Assembly on an annual basis beginning on January 1, 2024. The |
| 6 | | Department shall file an annual report no later than the 60th |
| 7 | | day of the year following each reporting period. A SNAP |
| 8 | | recipient's personally identifiable information shall be |
| 9 | | excluded from the reports consistent with State and federal |
| 10 | | privacy protections. Each annual report shall also be posted |
| 11 | | on the Department's official website.".
