| 6 | | "(1.5) A petition under paragraph (1) shall be |
| 7 | | prepared, signed, and filed in accordance with Supreme |
| 8 | | Court Rule 9. The court may allow the petitioner to attend |
| 9 | | any required hearing remotely in accordance with local |
| 10 | | rules. The court may allow a petition to be filed under |
| 11 | | seal if the public filing of the petition would constitute |
| 12 | | a risk of harm to the petitioner.".
