| 7 | | Sec. 54. Transportation for youth programs and services. |
| 8 | | The Authority shall, subject to appropriation, no later than |
| 9 | | July 1, 2024, establish a program, similar to the U-Pass |
| 10 | | program, for allowing persons 18 or younger to use the |
| 11 | | Authority's buses and trains for transportation to youth |
| 12 | | programs or youth services.

| 13 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
| 14 | | becoming law.".
