| 5 | | "Section 60. Attorney General; powers. The Attorney |
| 6 | | General, pursuant to the authority under Section 6.3 of the |
| 7 | | Attorney General Act, may initiate or intervene in a civil |
| 8 | | action in the name of the People of the State in any circuit |
| 9 | | court to obtain all appropriate relief, including, but not |
| 10 | | limited to, a civil penalty under Section 10 of $100 per pay |
| 11 | | period for every pay period the employee worked before the |
| 12 | | employer disclosed the quota.".
