| 3 | | replacing lines 11 through 17 with "or any other entity to be |
| 4 | | used for conversion therapy. The State shall not enter into |
| 5 | | any contract for the provision of conversion therapy. Any |
| 6 | | contract entered into or renewed after the effective date of |
| 7 | | this amendatory Act of the 103rd General Assembly that is used |
| 8 | | or will be used for conversion therapy shall be void and |
| 9 | | unenforceable as contrary to public policy.".
