Amends the Residential Real Property Disclosure Act. Provides an additional disclosure in the residential real property disclosure report for a municipality with a population of 1,000,000 or more regarding additions, alterations, construction, or kitchen installations made to the property.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Residential Real Property Disclosure Act is |
| 5 | | amended by adding Section 37 as follows:

| 6 | | (765 ILCS 77/37 new) |
| 7 | | Sec. 37. Additional disclosure report for large |
| 8 | | municipalities. A municipality with a population of 1,000,000 |
| 9 | | or more shall also include in the residential real property |
| 10 | | disclosure report under Section 35 the following: |
