| 9 | | for the reburial of repatriated Native American human remains,

| 10 | | unregistered graves, grave markers, or grave artifacts after

| 11 | | tribal consultation with the federally recognized tribes with
|
| 12 | | geographical and cultural affiliation with Illinois. The
|
| 13 | | burial sites shall not be used by the public and shall be
|
| 14 | | protected by the State of Illinois.".
