Amends the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act. Provides that, no later than one year after the effective date of the amendatory Act, landowners owning more than 5% of land in a municipality within the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District shall be in conformance with the requirements of the District's Watershed Management Ordinance. Effective immediately.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act |
| 5 | | is amended by adding Section 7i as follows:
|
| 6 | | (70 ILCS 2605/7i new) |
| 7 | | Sec. 7i. Watershed management conformance. No later than |
| 8 | | one year after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the |
| 9 | | 103rd General Assembly, landowners owning more than 5% of land |
| 10 | | in a municipality within the Metropolitan Water Reclamation |
| 11 | | District shall be in conformance with the requirements of the |
| 12 | | District's Watershed Management Ordinance.

| 13 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
| 14 | | becoming law.
