| 7 | | Sec. 3-14.9. Elevation of standard of teaching - |
| 8 | | Improvement of schools. To improve outcomes for students, |
| 9 | | regional offices of education, as well as intermediate service |
| 10 | | centers, shall be designated as learning partners in any |
| 11 | | iteration of the statewide system of support so that services |
| 12 | | are provided to schools identified through the annual |
| 13 | | accountability calculations required under the federal |
| 14 | | Elementary and Secondary Education Act. labor in every |
| 15 | | practicable way to elevate the standard of teaching
and |
| 16 | | improve the condition of the common schools of his county.
